Games to watch
Here are a couple of tonight’s games around the state that promise to be entertaining.
Bosque School hosts Magdalena
The Bobcats, 3-1, will have their hands plenty full against the undefeated Lady Steers, 6-0. Class 2A Bosque has the size advantage, but will have a hard time keeping up with Magdalena’s run ‘n’ gun offense. Keep an eye Magdalena guard Nicole Hardy, who racked up 23 points against Hot Springs on Saturday.
West Las Vegas hosts Mora
Class 3A West Las Vegas, sitting at 6-0, will host Class 2A Mora Rangers. In the Rangers’ last outing against undefeated Santa Rosa in December, Monique Duran was able to get 11 and Jessica Garcia had 10. Not sure it will be enough, but Mora likes a good fight.
