Quarter finals- Eldorado will end La Cueva's run at a third title in a row!The Bengals will wake from the Monarch's spell and take down the Wildcats!The Bulldawgs will be up for the challenge and take down the Cougars hopes of making it to the finals.And we have to have a cinderella and the Valley Vikings and Coach Harbin will make it right and send Sandia packing back to the gym and to get ready for next year. Semifinals- Eldorado is on a roll and Kya will not let this one slip from her hands and even the Bengal faithful won't be able to stop her and the Golden Eagles! Las Cruces will have there hands full with the scramble defense that Valley will throw at them for a half but the Bulldawgs will not be denied to go to the PIT and play Eldo at 2:30pm.I originally had the Bengals in the Finals but the powers that be made them a 4TH seed. Finals- Eldorado vs Las Cruces This time there won't be Hobbs team to beat Eldo in a first round tournament.This will be challenge for Eldo to play against a well balanced team and a very good coach.Kya hasn't been corralled all year except by the Zebras.The speed and pressure of Eldo will just be too much as well as the atmosphere of the PIT! I'm sure I will be wrong as I am most of the time.I will say to you Rich "Thank You" for all your hard work on this site as it is ashame that no one uses it to get a conversation going about girls basketball in the state of New Mexico.Great Job and I hope to see everyone at the state tournament.
