For achieving a landmark 1,000 points and a 30 point performance against Oñate on Friday, January 8th, senior Valley guard Angel Reyes was named the State Farm Metro Player of the week.

Congrats to Angel Reyes who scored her 1,000th career point last week.
Reyes, who is averaging 12 points per game, hit the milestone against Oñate on Friday night. She walked away with 30 points in the Lady Viking’s win over the Lady Knights.
